How It Works

Subscriptions are dispatched on the first Friday of each month. Order your coffee subscription through a simple 3-step process.

Step 1:

Select the amount of coffee you require.

Step 2:

Choose the style of coffee you'd like to receive.

Choose between our two distinct categories of coffee - Classic and Progressive - each with their own unique roast profile that brings out the best in their flavour profile, or select Roaster's Choice - a combination of both.

Step 3:

In the order notes on the checkout page, tell us how you would like your coffee to be ground (whole beans, espresso, french press etc.)

FAQs

When are subscriptions shipped?

Subscriptions are now delivered/dispatched on the first Friday of every month. For couriered orders we may be able to dispatch earlier in the week - we do this where possible!  

How much does shipping cost for a subscription?

For deliveries in the Greater Cape Town Area, there is a shipping charge of R65.

For deliveries in the rest of SA, there is a shipping charge of R95.

Or, subscriptions can be collected at our Bree St Cafe, free of charge.

Can I pause, modify, or cancel my subscription?

Absolutely! We understand that life can sometimes be unpredictable. That's why we've designed our coffee subscription to be as flexible as possible.

  • Pause: Going out of town or have too much coffee on hand? You can easily pause your subscription and resume it whenever you're ready.
  • Modify: Your coffee needs might change over time. You can modify your subscription at any point, whether you want to change your roast preference, try a new flavour, or adjust the delivery frequency.
  • Cancel: While we'd hate to see you go, we provide a hassle-free cancellation process. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, no questions asked.

Our goal is to ensure an elevated coffee experience that works for you on your terms.

Can I customise my subscription?

Yes, you certainly can! At Rosetta Roastery, we believe that the best coffee experience is tailored to suit your unique preferences.

When you sign up for our subscription, you'll have the option to select:

  • Quantity: Choose how many 250g bags of coffee you'd like to receive per delivery, ensuring you always have just the right amount of coffee on hand.
  • Roast Style: Pick your preferred roast style. You can opt for our Classic roast, our Progressive roast, or our Roaster's Choice, a curated blend of both styles for those who love a bit of surprise and variety. Read more about our roast styles here.

Remember, you can adjust these preferences at any point through your account. We're all about crafting an elevated coffee experience that's uniquely yours.

When do I get charged for my subscription?

When you create your subscription order for the first time your card will be billed.

Then, on the first Friday of the upcoming month your subscription order will be sent to you.

After this point, your card will be billed on the 1st of every month.

Please note: Prices are subject to change. We review our costs annually, and will notify you prior to this change.
